Shipping Information
Shipping & Return Policy US orders TheStyleClub ships with UPS for domestic US orders. You will receive tracking numbers for all packages. After you place an order, you will receive an email from TheStyleClub with an order confirmation number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your order tracking number All items are shipped from our warehouse. To track the progress of your shipments, please visit www.UPS.com and enter the tracking number we have supplied you in our email correspondence. All UPS deliveries arrive within 3-5 days. UPS makes deliveries between 9am-8pm Tuesday through Saturday. All UPS orders arrive within 6-10 business days. UPS makes deliveries between 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Note that this transit time estimate does not account for delays in customs clearance or payment processing and TheStyleClub cannot take responsibility for these delays. Non US orders TheStyleClub ships with UPS Express for non-US orders. Please be aware that your order will be shipped with import delivery duties unpaid. This means that import duties are excluded from the prices you see online and you may be contacted by UPS to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. Please note that shipping may not be available in all areas due to customs restrictions. TheStyleClub currently ships to all countries except Russia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For Russian Customers: Customs authorities in Russia have restricted personal import shipments there. Because of this, TheStyleClub will not be shipping to Russia at this time, but will do so as soon as Russian customs restrictions have been lifted. Stay tuned! For Chinese Customers: All importers and exporters in China are now required to register with Customs authorities for a Customs Registration number (CR Number). In order to clear your goods, you may be contacted by UPS to provide this number. If you do not have a CR Number, UPS will assist you in identifying a qualified import/export agent to help you import your order for a fee of approximately CNY350 per shipment. Cancellations Policy TheStyleClub accepts cancellations on orders up until they are processed. You will receive an email indicating when your order has been processed. Returns and Refunds Policy TheStyleClub is committed to ensuring all customers are satisfied with their purchases. In the event you would like to return a purchase, please contact customers@TheStyleClub.com for next steps. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date the order was originally received. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and package drop-offs, and TheStyleClub does not take title to returned items until the item is delivered to its original sender. Returned products must be unworn and fully tagged. At TheStyleClub’s discretion, refunds will be issued within 14 business days of the date the return package is received. TheStyleClub is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit.
